I am giving the Main Street Children's Dentistry five Stars because I like the service they provide. Something else I like about the Suite is the people who work there, who always puts a smile on their faces to make their clients feel better even if they didn't want to clock into Work.

Main St. Miami Lakes Dental consistently overbooks appointments. Every single visit, we wait over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. This isn’t an occasional delay, it’s the norm. To make matters worse, the waiting room is very small and overcrowded with children and parents, including kids who are visibly sick. It’s unacceptable to have families waiting this long in such a cramped space. If the office can’t keep up with its schedule, it should stop overbooking patients. Our time and our children’s health should be respected.

The dentist is nice and provides great service to the kids, but something happened with their scheduling this year. Simply put, they over schedule. When we arrived the lobby was full. We've been going here for at least 15 years, but this year's visit was the worst. We sat in the waiting room an hour and fifteen minutes. The x-rays and cleaning was done within 20 minutes.

I was extremely disappointed today with our appointment today. My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 2pm but we waited in the waiting room until 3:30pm. It wasn't until I spoke up and ask what was going on that we were finally taken to the back to an exam room. Even then we waited another 15 minutes without anyone seeing her, while I watched the dentist continue to go to other patient's rooms. Unfortunately we had another appointment for 4p.m. so after waiting well over an hour in a half with no treatment, we had no choice but to leave. We ended up being late to our next appointment, and my daughter was never seen. To make matters worse, the earliest they could reschedule her was August. I understand that delays may happen, but keeping patient's waiting this long without communication or consideration is unacceptable. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like our time didn't matter. I sincerely hope this office improves its scheduling and communication so other families don't have the same experience. Looking forward to this issue being resolved and not happening again. Thank you Ms Zsazsa Johnson

We had a great experience at Main Street Children’s Dentistry of Miami Lakes. I took my child and from the moment we walked in, the staff was very kind, welcoming, and patient. We were seen quickly with no long wait, which I really appreciated. The dentist was gentle, professional, and made my child feel comfortable the entire time. As a parent, that means everything to me. I highly recommend this place to any family looking for excellent pediatric dental care!
